⚠️ Read this first: the official channel installer on this page already carries a referral relationship, so signing up after installing it gives you the 20% trading-fee rebate. If you installed Binance from somewhere else, enter invite code BINANBT at sign-up. A bare registration with no referral gets no new-user reward at all — the $19,800 welcome package and the rebate simply do not apply.
TL;DR:
- One-line answer: if binance.com won't load, Android users can install Binance from the official APK link: https://download.binance.com/pack/BNApp_F0002087.apk?utm_medium=web_share_copy — tested on 4 November 2026, it serves a ~306 MB official Android package from Binance's own download.binance.com.
- Separate two kinds of "won't load": one is a network path to binance.com failing (timeouts, blank page, endless spinner) while your region is still served by Binance — the APK solves that. The other is Binance not offering services in your country or region at all — a different installer or network changes nothing, and this guide does not apply to opening an account.
- This is not a third-party mirror: the download domain is Binance's own download.binance.com, the file type is application/vnd.android.package-archive, and it was last modified on 2026-10-26.
- Check the package name after installing: the genuine package is com.binance.dev. A different package name, a few-MB file, or an app that asks you to import a seed phrase is fake.
- Order matters: install → sign up → KYC → 2FA → deposit. KYC must be done by you; bought accounts, paid "registration services" and "guaranteed approval" are all scams.
- iPhone has no official direct install: iOS users must use an App Store tied to an overseas Apple ID. The APK in this guide is Android only.
If binance.com won't load, don't go looking for a "mirror site" first. If your region is still within Binance's service area and only the website is failing to load, installing the official Android APK is the shortest path: sign-up, KYC and deposits can all be completed inside the app. If Binance does not serve your country or region, no installer and no network change will alter that — and that has to be said up front, because a lot of "region unlock" content online sells exactly this misunderstanding.
This guide, checked on 4 November 2026, breaks "the site won't load" into six tasks: diagnose the cause, get the installer, install it, sign up, verify your identity, and troubleshoot. Every link and file detail below was tested, so you can re-verify it yourself.

Binance won't load: identify which case you are in
"Won't load" is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Three causes need completely different responses. Run three quick comparisons first: try Wi-Fi and mobile data separately, try a second device, then open an unrelated overseas website. The pattern usually narrows it down.
| What you see | More likely cause | Does this guide apply? |
|---|---|---|
| Endless spinner or timeout, other overseas sites fine | Network path or DNS resolution to binance.com | Yes — Android can use the APK |
| Site loads, but the sign-up page says your region is unsupported | Binance's regional service restriction | No — do not work around it |
| Only this device fails; another network works | Local DNS, cache, proxy extension or system clock | Fix the local issue first |
| Website fails but an installed app still logs in | A website-entry problem only | Do sign-up and KYC in the app |
The second row is the boundary of this article: whether Binance serves a given country or region is set by Binance's user agreement and official notices. If the page explicitly says your region is unsupported, the correct action is to stop — not to try another installer, borrow someone else's identity, or use technical means to bypass the restriction. The APK solves "the website is unreachable but the service is open to me", not a regional restriction.
The third row is also misdiagnosed often. Browser cache, DNS problems, proxy extensions and a wrong system clock can all make a healthy site fail, and mobile data usually fixes it immediately. Clean the cache, change DNS, disable the proxy extension — reinstalling the app is unnecessary.
Verification note: the diagnosis above is based on testing Binance's website, download domain and Android package on 4 November 2026, plus Binance's public user-agreement wording on service regions. Binance may change its service area and entry points; rely on the page shown at the time you act and on official announcements.1
The official Binance APK link (Android)
This is the most important line in the article — copy the address below into your mobile browser:
https://download.binance.com/pack/BNApp_F0002087.apk?utm_medium=web_share_copy
This is not a third-party file host or a "downloader" page. On 4 November 2026 it serves the package from Binance's own download domain:
| Check | Result (2026-11-04) |
|---|---|
| Official download domain | download.binance.com |
| File type | application/vnd.android.package-archive |
| File size | 321,076,391 bytes, about 306 MB |
| Last modified | 2026-10-26 |
| Package name after install | com.binance.dev |
A few details matter:
- The
?utm_medium=web_share_copypart is only a source-tracking parameter. It does not change the file; removing it opens the same download. - 306 MB is a useful check. A full client ships market data, KYC and Web3 wallet resources, so it is genuinely this large. If a "download" finishes in seconds with a few-MB file, that is a downloader or a fake.
- The download domain is download.binance.com. That is Binance's official download domain, not the short links or lookalike subdomains fake sites use. You can open the link in a desktop browser and confirm the address bar shows that domain before deciding to download.
⚠️ Avoid "fast downloaders", cloud-drive re-uploads and QR-code download services. Those are the steps where an official package most often gets swapped for a modified one. The only correct route is to paste the address above into a mobile browser address bar and let it download.
Who should use this package, and who should not
This installer only solves "an Android phone cannot install the Binance app". It does not solve account eligibility. Find yourself in the table first.
| Your situation | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Android phone; the site opens but downloads are slow or fail | Use the APK link — fastest |
| Android phone with no Google Play, or Binance is not listed there | Use the APK link — this is the official sideload path |
| Site won't load, but your region is within Binance's service area | Use the APK link, then sign up in the app |
| iPhone / iPad | Not applicable — App Store with an overseas Apple ID only |
| Your region is explicitly listed as unsupported by Binance | Stop. This guide does not apply, and do not bypass it |
| Looking for paid "registration", a ready-made account, or "guaranteed KYC" | Stop. This is a scam hotspot, and the account would not be yours |
The last two rows are not boilerplate. KYC binds an account to one person's identity. A bought account can be recovered or frozen at any time, and money inside it is not under your control. Paid registration also hands your ID, face and account to a stranger — a far bigger risk than the time it saves.
Android install: four steps
Installation is not complicated; what usually goes wrong is granting the permission to the wrong app. Follow these four steps:
- Open the direct link in a mobile browser. Copy the address into Chrome, Edge, your system browser or whichever browser you use. Do not tap it inside WeChat, QQ or another chat app — their built-in browsers often block APK downloads.
- Wait for the download, then open it from the notification shade or File Manager → Downloads. Avoid locking the screen for long stretches; some systems pause background downloads.
- Allow "install unknown apps". Since Android 8 this permission is granted per app: whichever browser opens the package needs the permission, not Binance. Many "blocked" errors come from granting it to the wrong app.
- Check the package name before opening the app. Go to Settings → Apps → Binance → App info and confirm com.binance.dev.
Vendor Android builds add two more hurdles:
- Huawei / Honor "Pure Mode": it flags sideloaded apps; allow this one install temporarily, then turn Pure Mode back on.
- Xiaomi / Redmi MIUI optimisation and OPPO / vivo external-source checks: allow the install when prompted. Do not disable system security permanently just to install one app.
If antivirus or Play Protect flags the file: don't reflexively tap "install anyway". First confirm the source is this official link, the package is com.binance.dev and the size is about 306 MB. If all three match and it still flags, download once more. If the source is unclear, stop.
Sign-up inside the app: six steps
The point of sign-up is not speed — it is not getting the referral, residency or identity details wrong. All three are hard to change later.

1. Open the app and tap Sign Up
The first launch shows the login screen; choose "Register" or "Create account". If the app opens straight into markets, log out under Profile and start again.
2. Choose email or phone number
| Method | Advantage | Watch out |
|---|---|---|
| Survives a phone-number change; more durable long term | Use a mailbox you control long term, never a temporary one | |
| Phone | Easier password recovery, faster codes | Changing or losing the number hurts recovery; some virtual ranges are unsupported |
For a long-term account, prefer email. Protect that mailbox with 2FA too — if the mailbox falls, half of your exchange account falls with it.
3. Set a password
At least 8 characters, usually requiring both a number and an uppercase letter (follow what the page says). Never reuse a password from another site, and avoid birthdays, phone numbers and name pinyin.
4. Confirm the invite code
A channel package installed from this APK link usually pre-fills the invite-code field. If the field is empty, enter BINANBT manually. This decides whether you get the 20% fee rebate and the welcome package; binding it after registration is very difficult.
5. Enter your country/region of residence
Answer truthfully — the country or region where you actually live and pay tax. This affects available features, deposit methods and KYC review. A false answer can fail verification or trigger risk controls. Do not pick a country you don't live in to "unlock" features.
6. Enter the verification code
You will receive a 6-digit code by email or SMS, usually valid for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, SMS filtering and the number you entered — don't hammer the resend button.
⚠️ Registration never needs a seed phrase, and you should never share a verification code. Anyone asking for codes, ID photos or a face scan to "help you register" is running a scam.
Three things to do right after signing up
A registered account is only a login. It cannot trade yet. Do these three in order; skipping any one blocks you.
1. Complete KYC
Upload your own ID (national ID, passport or driving licence, depending on what your region supports) and pass liveness detection. Capture all four corners without glare, and remove glasses and hats for the liveness check while facing the light. Review usually takes minutes to 48 hours. A rejection states a reason — fix that reason before resubmitting rather than firing off repeated attempts.
The dedicated article linked at the end covers rejection causes and fixes in detail.
2. Enable 2FA and an anti-phishing code
SMS alone is not strong enough. Bind Google Authenticator or an equivalent, then set an anti-phishing code. After that, login pages and official emails should display your chosen string; emails without it are almost certainly phishing.
3. Make a first deposit
Beginners usually start with C2C: buy USDT from a merchant in local currency inside the app, then buy the target coin on spot. Start with a small test amount, confirm the merchant releases the coins, the balance arrives and withdrawal works — then scale up.
Install failures and crashes: six checks
Work in order of likelihood and change one thing at a time. Retry after each step.

1. "Parse error"
Almost always an incomplete download or a browser interception. Check the file size in File Manager — it should be close to 306 MB. A few MB or a few dozen MB means delete and re-download. Do not use download accelerators, cloud-drive re-uploads or third-party mirrors.
2. "App not installed"
This is a signature conflict: the phone already has a Binance package with the same name but a different signature — leftover old version, a cloned/dual app, a modified third-party build, or an incomplete uninstall. Uninstall the old app → restart the phone → install the package from this link.
One warning before uninstalling: exchange balances live on Binance's servers, so uninstalling the app does not lose them. But if you used the in-app Web3 wallet, its local keys can disappear with the uninstall — confirm the recovery phrase is backed up offline first.
3. Unknown-source permission granted to the wrong app
Go to Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps and grant it to the browser or file manager you actually use to open the package. Granting it to Binance does nothing.
4. Vendor security blocking
Huawei/Honor Pure Mode, Xiaomi MIUI optimisation and some vendors' external-source checks block sideloaded packages. Allow this one install, then restore the protection.
5. Not enough storage
Installation needs room for both the package and the extracted files; keep at least 1 GB free. When space is borderline, the system may fail the install without saying "storage full".
6. OS version too old
Older Android versions may be outside the supported range. Update the system first; if the device cannot update, use the web version or another device. Do not flash a third-party ROM or install a modified system just to run the app.
Installed but crashes or shows a blank screen
Restart the phone, clear the app cache and confirm the OS version is supported. If it still crashes, wait for an official fix or use the web version. Do not download "fixed" or "compatibility" builds — that is a favourite disguise for fake packages.
How to confirm the package is official
Verify in four steps: source → package name → size → behaviour. If any one fails, stop using it.
- Source: the package came from the link above, and the download came from download.binance.com.
- Package name: App info in system settings shows com.binance.dev.
- Size: about 306 MB. A few-MB "Binance installer" is a downloader.
- Behaviour: official sign-up and login need only email/phone, a password and a code — they never ask you to import a seed phrase or private key. If the first screen asks you to "import a wallet" or type 12 words, uninstall it.
Two common misconceptions:
- "It opens and looks right" does not make it official. A modified build can copy the interface; the real differences are the package name, the signature and the servers behind it.
- Search-advert slots are not necessarily the official site. Judge by domain, not by whether the title says "official".
💰 Binance rebate: invite code BINANBT
Downloading and registering are free; what costs you long term is trading fees: bind invite code BINANBT at sign-up for a 20% fee rebate. This article contains a referral link; we may receive a reward if you register through it, and it costs you nothing extra.
- Rebate: 20% of trading fees, ongoing — the more you trade, the more you save.
- Welcome package: up to $19,800, unlocked through tasks, not cash on registration.
- Installed from this APK: the channel package carries the referral, and the field is usually pre-filled — confirm the invite-code field is not empty.
- Installed another way: enter BINANBT manually in the invite-code field.
- Important: signing up directly inside the app with no referral relationship gets you no new-user reward at all. The $19,800 welcome package and the 20% fee rebate simply don't apply — you have to use the registration link or enter invite code BINANBT.

FAQ
Can I still register if binance.com won't load?
It depends. If your region is still within Binance's service area and only the website fails, Android users can install the official APK and sign up inside the app: https://download.binance.com/pack/BNApp_F0002087.apk?utm_medium=web_share_copy . If the page explicitly says your region is unsupported, you cannot register, and you should not use technical means to bypass the restriction.
What is the official Binance APK download address?
The Android package link verified on 4 November 2026 is https://download.binance.com/pack/BNApp_F0002087.apk?utm_medium=web_share_copy . It serves a ~306 MB Android package from Binance's official download.binance.com. Copy it into a mobile browser address bar.
Is this APK the genuine official build?
Check three things: the download domain is download.binance.com; the file is about 306 MB with type application/vnd.android.package-archive; and the installed package name is com.binance.dev. If all three match, it is the official channel build. If any fails, stop.
Does this installer include an invite code?
It is a channel package, so registration carries the corresponding referral and the invite-code field is usually pre-filled. After installing, confirm the field is not empty; if it is, enter BINANBT manually, otherwise the 20% fee rebate does not apply.
Why is the installer over 300 MB?
A full client includes market data, KYC liveness detection and Web3 wallet resources. A large file is normal. Conversely, a "finished" download of a few MB is a downloader or a fake — do not install it.
What should I do about "App not installed"?
Treat it as a signature conflict: uninstall the old Binance, any cloned/dual app and any modified third-party build, restart the phone, then install the package from this link. Don't retry "overwrite install" repeatedly, and don't download a "compatible build" from a third-party site.
The app crashes or shows a blank screen after install. What now?
Restart the phone, clear the cache and confirm the OS version is supported. If it still fails, wait for an official fix or use the web version. Do not download "fixed builds" or "rollback packages" — those carry a high risk of being repackaged.
How do I download Binance on iPhone if the site won't load?
iPhone has no official direct-install path; it must come from the App Store. You need an App Store tied to an overseas Apple ID, and updates require the same ID. Do not buy shared Apple IDs or install unknown IPA files or configuration profiles.
What if the desktop site won't load?
The official desktop client also comes from Binance's website; if the site is completely unreachable there is no reliable third-party substitute. Use the mobile app for registration and KYC in the meantime. Do not download "desktop" or "portable" builds from third-party sites — their source cannot be verified.
Do I need a VPN to use this APK?
This guide does not provide any method for circumventing regional restrictions. The APK only solves installation when the website is unreachable but the service is open to you; it does not change whether Binance serves your region. If your region is explicitly unsupported, the correct action is to stop, not to change networks or installers.
What if I entered the wrong country of residence?
Correct it in account settings as soon as possible, or contact official support and explain. Country of residence affects available features, deposit methods and KYC review; a wrong entry can fail verification or trigger risk controls. Do not enter a country you don't live in to unlock features.
